About faith

1. It's easy to have faith in people who have already proved themselves. It's much harder to believe in them before they have proved themselves. But that is the key to motivating people to reach their potential. You have to believe in them first, before they become successful, and sometimes before they even believe in themselves.

2. Faith is believe and action. Having faith requires more than just words or positive feelings. We have to back it up with what we do. "Faith is more than thinking something is true, but to extent that we act on it". If you want to help other people and make a positive impact on their lives, you have to threat therm with that kind of confidence.

3. A person of influence is a motivator, they have faith in people, they do the impossible. Always remember that your goal is not to get people to think more highly than you. It's to get them to think more highly of themselves. Have faith in them, and they begin to do exactly that

4. If you look around, you'll discover that there are people in your life who want to be fed. Fed them with encouragement, recognition, security, and hope. That process is called nurturing and it's a need of every human being. So if you desire to be a blessing to someone today, start by nurturing them.
